THIRSTY THURSDAY
You are cordially invited
to a friendly gathering at Hal’s Landing this Thursday
March 7 starting at 7PM. The idea is
just to get together and unwind. We
might do a shuffleboard tournament if there is enough interest. See you there!
HARLEM SHAKE
We are joining the Harlem
Shake craze by creating our own unique video.
Yeah, we know it’s silly … But we know we’re going to have a lot of fun
doing it. Troy has agreed to play the “helmet
guy” and lead us in dance. After that, you’re
on your own. We will be filming this
video this Friday March 8 at 12:00 PM at the McPherson clinic. You are welcome to bring your own costume or
dress up gear. Otherwise, we will be
wearing the fluorescent Action Kids t-shirt.
We would like to incorporate therapy activities into our video. You have free reign to be as creative as you
want to be (as long as it’s clean). Let’s
do this …

AUTISM T.I.E.S. WALK
The local support group
Autism T.I.E.S. is celebrating their 3rd Annual Walk/Fun Day on
April 6, 2013. This event will take
place at the Uni-Trade Stadium from 8:00 AM to 12:00
PM. The event serves as a fundraiser as
well as a fun day for autistic children and their families. We would like to set up a booth where kids
can play a game or activity. We need to
know if we have enough volunteers to confirm our participation.
